Ultimate Wild sells rechargeable LED spotlights and related accessories. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Fraud Protection: Ultimate Wild uses industry-standard fraud detection measures to protect our customers and our business. Any order suspected of fraud may be cancelled and reported to the appropriate authorities. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ultimate Wild is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@ultimatewild.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

7. Warranty

All Ultimate Wild rechargeable LED spotlights are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-approved accessories. Accessories are not covered under the spotlight warranty unless otherwise stated.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@ultimatewild.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Wild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Ultimate Wild and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The Ultimate Wild name and logo are trademarks of Ultimate Wild. Certain product designs and features may be patent pending. Unauthorized use of any content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
